Delivery Policy

We make every effort to deliver all orders within the delivery timeframe selected by the customer at checkout.

While we strive to meet the requested delivery window, delivery times may vary by up to one hour earlier or later due to factors outside of our control, including traffic conditions, weather, road closures, building access procedures, security checkpoints, and other unforeseen delivery delays.

Delivery timing may also depend on the destination location and local traffic conditions on the day of delivery.

Once an order has been delivered to the address or location specified by the customer, including a front desk, concierge, reception desk, security desk, or designated recipient, the order is considered successfully delivered and responsibility transfers to the recipient or receiving party.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these delivery terms.
